As for Facilities Management, we cover both Hard FM (Mechanical and Engineering M&E, building fabric) and Soft FM (catering, cleaning, portering, reception, etc.) both client-side and supplier side.
We’ve placed Facilities Managers or Facilities Contract Managers on the service provider side, where they are required to deliver services to the contractually agreed levels, meeting SLAs and KPIs, whilst still delivering a profit to their employer. We’ve also placed people in-house or on the client-side, monitoring suppliers, negotiating supplier contracts and making sure they are delivering as per the contract.
We recruit at all levels in this sphere, be it a manager for one site, up to executive level, monitoring many contracts or sites.
