With this method, we would invoice a third of the estimated fee to the client up front before commencing recruitment for your current requirements. This up-front payment is referred to as a “retainer”. In return, we discount our fee to 20% and grant you exclusivity on the candidates produced (i.e. the candidates are not sent to any of our other client of the Recruitment Consultancy unless first rejected by the retaining client company). The remaining two-thirds of the fee is then invoiced upon the successful placement of a candidate. Should we fail to find appropriate candidates, the retainer is refunded.
Please note we offer the same discount should we be instructed on an Exclusive basis and a further discount still (to 15%) should we be instructed on both a Retained and Exclusive basis.
